Not long ago, we got our new boiler installed after the old one gave up on us, leaving us without heating or hot water. The team was super friendly from beginning to end, making the whole process a breeze and taking away the stress of searching for a replacement. I’d definitely recommend them!

I had my installation today, and while the service was quick and the setup was done well, I was really let down. The Worcester 4000 3KW I bought came with a third-party iHeat thermostat instead of the expected Worcester brand. This thermostat doesn’t allow me to connect it to my mobile phone, which is a bummer. You’d think that shelling out a premium for this boiler would mean getting all Worcester parts. The iHeat website lacks clear info, especially about mobile access; it’s pretty vague and doesn’t clarify anything. I wanted to cancel my order, but the engineer had already finished the job, and I found out afterward that I can’t use my phone with this thermostat. I won’t be buying from iHeat again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I never thought I’d end up with a third-party product when I bought a Worcester boiler. The boiler itself has the capability, but iHeat told me it’s an extra feature I need to pay for. I feel totally cheated. Plus, I shot an email to iHeat at complaints@ and haven’t heard back.

I was really happy with the quality of work and effort put in by the installation crew. However, I was quite frustrated and irritated that they left my old cold water tank in the street, forcing me to reach out to iHeat for its pickup.
